Initiatives for Food Souvereignity

The movement of food sovereignty is multifaceted and colourful. Food-Coop, Lebensmittelkooperative, bio

Der Verein Bioparadeis versteht sich als FoodCoop (= Lebensmittelkooperative, Einkaufsgemeinschaft). Der grundsätzliche Sinn besteht darin, dass Personen ihre Einkäufe zusammenlegen und gemeinsam direkt bei ProduzentInnen einkaufen. Der Kostenfaktor ist nicht die ausschlaggebende Motivation zu dieser Idee, viel mehr sind Food-Coops Ausdruck der Kritik an der gängigen Lebensmittelproduktion bzw. des Handelssystems.Einganstür So legt der Verein Bioparadeis wert auf: Aufhebung der Anonymität zwischen ErzeugerInnen und VerbraucherInnen Lebensmittel aus biologischem Anbau Möglichst kurze Transportwege Förderung regionaler Lebensmittelherstellung Keine Unterteilung in Angestellte und Kundschaft Saisonale Produkte
